Jessyca Blase, LMSW

Psychotherapist

Jessyca's philosophy on therapy is this: you own your story, your story does not own you. I am here to help you feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, low-self esteem or life stressors I am here to support you in your healing journey. This space is built on warmth and healing and rooted in therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play therapy, and Strength Based Practices. I provide tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual that I work with.

Jessyca obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University and a Master of Social work degree from the University of Michigan. During her graduate program, she participated in the Infant and Early Childhood Clinic where she worked with national experts in early childhood mental health, serving children with behavioral and emotional concerns. Jessyca has experience providing individualized psychotherapy to individuals of all ages, however, specializes in working with children, teenagers, young adults, and families.

I am honored that you are here and I am excited to partner with you on this therapeutic journey. Together we will rewrite past narratives, find your unique path towards healing, and build an empowering chapter of growth to your story.
