Job Description 

We are seeking a Psychotherapist to join our team!  Clinicians will provide strength based, client centered, evidenced based services in individual, couples, and/or family therapy utilizing in-person and telehealth modalities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral therapy and/or counseling sessions with patients including individuals, families, and/or couples experiencing mental health impairments

  • Perform patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans

  • Collect and analyze data to track patient progress and outcomes including completion of treatment plans and reviews

  • Manage cases and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals

  • Maintain a caseload of 25+ clients per week

  • Implement and review treatment plans

  • Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies

  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree

  • Active LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC (LLC), or LPC in the State of Michigan

  • Experience in conducting behavioral therapy and patient assessments

  • Ability to effectively manage cases and coordinate care

  • Experience in providing counseling for mental health impairment (minimum 1 year)

  • Familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Teamwork skills 

 

Additional skills and qualifications (Not Required):

  • Experience treating children (5+), adolescents (12+), and families

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records

  • Ability to utilize Google Workspace

 

Job Type:

  • Full-time

 

Salary:

  • $60,000+ per year depending on experience

  • Daytime Hours
