Job Summary

Lillybrook is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychotherapist to join our growing team! As a Psychotherapist, you will provide strength-based, client-centered, and evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and/or families through both in-person and telehealth modalities. You will play a vital role in helping our clients navigate mental health challenges and achieve their well-being goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral therapy and/or counseling sessions with patients including individuals, families, and/or couples experiencing mental health impairments.

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.

  • Collect and analyze data to track patient progress and outcomes, including the completion of treatment plans and reviews.

  • Manage cases effectively and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.

  • Maintain a caseload of 25+ clients per week.

  • Implement and regularly review individualized treatment plans.

  • Collaborate effectively with additional treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure comprehensive client care.

  • Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant mental health field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology).

  • Active LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC(LLC) or LPC license in the State of Michigan.

  • Demonstrated experience in conducting behavioral therapy and patient assessments.

  • Proven ability to effectively manage cases and coordinate care with other professionals.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing counseling for mental health impairment.

  • Familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation.

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Additional Skills and Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Experience treating children (5+), adolescents (12+), and families.

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

  • Proficiency in utilizing Google Workspace.

​

Job Type: Full-time
