Job Description
We are seeking support staff to join our team! Support Staff will provide support to clients, therapists, and day-to-day operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Check in clients and run payments for clients being seen

Answer phones and follow up on all tasks associated with the phone call.

Schedule new clients.
-
Assist with scheduling and rescheduling of existing clients.

Assist the Administrative Director as needed
-
Assist the CEO as needed.
-
Assist clinical staff as needed.
-
Assist in daily/routine management and cleanliness of the office.

Complete necessary documentation.
-
Complete minor billing tasks.

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or equivalent
-
One year experience in healthcare setting preferred
-
One year experience in customer service, client services required
-
Experience with HIPAA, EMR, and insurance is helpful; will be taught

Experience utilizing Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Teamwork skills.
