When you're going through a tough time, it often shows up in multiple ways. Low energy. Frequent worry. Intense emotions. Relationship struggles. Intrusive thoughts. Changes to your sleep and eating. And more...

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

In times of struggle, we are here.
You don't have to know exactly "what's wrong" before you get help.
Our diverse team of mental health professionals can meet you where you're at and help you figure out what kind of support would be most helpful.
You don't have to come see us for "one thing." We can support you through challenges related to ADHD, autism, anger, emotion regulation, social skills, depression, anxiety, OCD & phobias, body image and disordered eating, trauma, self harm, suicidal thoughts, and more.
We support the whole community - adults, kid, teens, couples, families, seniors, and more - and we offer a variety of services to fit your unique needs.
Our services are LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodivergent affirming, and strengths-based. We see you as more than a single diagnosis, and we help you work towards goals that matter to you.
We also support your wellbeing through our community events & groups - even if you're not a therapy client with us.
Support for the
Whole Community
Sessions are available in person in Troy, MI and across Michigan via telehealth online
We provide strengths-based, LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodivergent-affirming therapy and community support for children, teens, parents, families, and adults.
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationships, grief, trauma, self-esteem, substance use, or a major life transition, we offer a supportive space to better understand yourself, build skills, and move forward.
Even strong relationships can become strained by stress, parenting, life transitions, or unresolved conflict.
Couples therapy offers a space to slow down together, listen, understand one another, strengthen communication, and reconnect.
We can also support your mental wellbeing outside of therapy sessions.
Our family-friendly events create opportunities for connection, play, learning, and community. Because feeling a sense of belonging is just as important for your mental health.
Struggles with food or body image can affect more than your relationship with food. They can affect your confidence, relationships, and daily life.
We provide nonjudgmental support to help you develop a healthier relationship with food, yourself, and your body. And if you need a higher level of care, we'll help connect you.
Parenting can be deeply rewarding - and incredibly overwhelming.
We support parents navigating challenging behaviors, family stress, changing relationships, and the emotional demands of caring for others, with practical tools and a compassionate space to work through it all.
When one family member is struggling, the whole family can feel the impact.
Family therapy helps you better understand one another, navigate conflict and challenging behaviors, and build stronger, more connected relationships.
The things you love can be meaningful tools for understanding yourself and connecting with others.
Geek therapy may incorporate interests like Dungeons & Dragons, gaming, fantasy, storytelling, and other fandoms in ways that make therapy engaging and personal.
You don't need to change who you are to deserve support.
Our affirming approach respects neurodivergent experiences of the world, including ADHD, autism, learning differences, and more. We help you build on your strengths, grow your skills, advocate for your needs, and create a life that works for you.
Kids and teens sometimes need a space of their own to work through big emotions, anxiety, relationships, identity, and other challenges.
We meet kids & teens where they are, work with their strengths, and help them build emotion regulation skills and coping strategies to thrive.
Therapy can include play therapy, geek therapy, CBT, DBT, and more.
Sometimes it helps to know you're not the only one going through it.
Our groups and camps give you opportunities to build skills, explore shared experiences, make new connections, and have fun.
Everyone is welcome - you don't have to be a Lillybrook client.
Difficult experiences can continue to affect how you think, feel, and respond long after they happen.
We offer trauma-informed care, including EMDR, to help you process painful experiences, develop greater emotional safety, and move toward healing.
You deserve a space where you can show up as your whole self without having to explain, defend, or hide who you are.
We provide LGBTQ+ affirming support for all clients. We can also help you navigate gender and sexuality, chronic stress, identity, gender dysphoria, relationships, transitions, and more.
