Neurodivergent Affirming Therapy
You deserve therapy that works with you, not against you.
Maybe you've spent a lot of time feeling like you're "too much," "not trying hard enough," or somehow doing things the wrong way. Maybe you've learned to mask, people-please, or push yourself past your limits just to keep up with others' expectations.
Or maybe you're a parent trying to understand your child's needs while navigating school challenges, big emotions, sensory differences, or behaviors you don't always know how to respond to.
Neurodivergent-affirming therapy starts from a different place. Instead of trying to make you fit a particular mold, we work to understand how your brain works, what you need, and what helps you feel more capable, connected, and comfortable being yourself.

You might be here because:
You're feeling overwhelmed by everyday demands that seem easier for everyone else.
You're struggling with executive functioning, organization, time management, or getting started on tasks.
You're experiencing sensory overwhelm, emotional intensity, or difficulty regulating your emotions.
Social situations, relationships, or communication feel confusing or exhausting.
You've spent years masking or trying to fit in and are feeling burned out.
You're struggling with self-esteem after years of feeling "different" or misunderstood.
You're a parent trying to better understand and support your neurodivergent child or teen.
Your child is struggling with school, friendships, transitions, emotional regulation, or expectations at home.
You want to better understand your needs and learn ways to advocate for yourself.
Your brain isn't a problem we need to fix.
Therapy can be a place to stop fighting against the way your brain naturally works, and start understanding what you need.
Our therapists take a strengths-based, neurodivergent-affirming approach that recognizes differences in how people think, communicate, learn, experience emotions, and interact with the world. Rather than focusing only on changing behaviors, we can work together to understand what's underneath them and find strategies that actually fit you.
We support neurodivergent clients navigating ADHD, autism, executive functioning challenges, sensory differences, anxiety, OCD, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationships, school challenges, life transitions, and other mental health and life concerns.
How we can support
Neurodivergent-affirming therapy is collaborative and individualized. Your therapist will work with you to understand your experiences, identify what's getting in the way, and find approaches that support your goals without asking you to hide or change who you are.
Depending on what you're looking for, therapy may include building executive functioning strategies, understanding sensory and emotional needs, navigating relationships, developing communication and self-advocacy skills, working through masking and burnout, strengthening self-esteem, supporting parents, or making everyday life feel more manageable.
