Group Therapy & Camps
Growth doesn't have to only happen one-on-one.
Our groups and camps give kids, teens, families, and adults opportunities to practice skills, explore shared interests, and connect with others who understand what they're going through.
These offerings are designed to be supportive, engaging, and strengths-based, with opportunities to build confidence, social skills, and connection along the way.
And the best part is that you do NOT need to be a Lillybrook therapy client to join our groups.

What to expect
A little more connection. A little more practice.
Groups and camps offer a chance to take skills from therapy and everyday life and practice them alongside other people. Depending on the group, activities may include games, creative activities, conversation, role-play, movement, or other hands-on ways of learning.
Some groups are therapy-focused, while others are designed around shared interests, skills, or developmental needs.
